There are two special moments at the brewery that make us very happy. First, when we can do some good for our friends and neighbours in the village, and secondly, when we get to brew a new seasonal ale. This fall we decided to be as authentically German as possible. To do so we made this dunkelweizen using both Vienna and Munich malts as well as using a German yeast strain that has been in use for centuries in the Fatherland. Naturally we had to use our Alberta wheat. Our brewers were very excited to tackle this brew. We hope you enjoy its precision.
