Description:
Our Quad is brewed using a touch of chocolate malt, a liberal portion of special B, and candy sugars made in house. Although the malt and hops do contribute substantially to the final product, the complexity of flavors could never be achieved without the trappist strain of yeast. Expect deep malty notes with raisin, fig, and other spicy characteristics that are difficult to explain.
