2023 - 13.0% - matured in a blend of Old Fitzgerald, Heaven Hill, Blanton's, and Whistle Pig 10YR bourbon barrels.
2019 - 13.55% / 40 IBU. This "liquid brownie batter" was aged in a combination of Buffalo Trace, Woodford Reserve, Four Roses, Heaven Hill, and Knob Creek bourbon barrels and finishes out at a mighty 13.55% ABV. Each barrel saw multiple additions of Madagascar vanilla beans from one of the best crops in recent memory, ultimately aging the finished batch of beer with hundreds of pounds over the course of a year.
2018 - 13.2% / 40 IBU & 2017 - 13.6%. Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Vanilla Stout: Our chart-topping ''liquid brownie batter'' was aged in a medley of Buffalo Trace, WL Weller, Heaven Hill, and Four Roses bourbon barrels with multiple additions of Madagascar vanilla beans.
2016 - 14.1%. Imperial Stout aged with Madagascar Vanilla Beans in Buffalo Trace, Four Roses, and Heaven Hill Bourbon barrels.
2015 - 14.3%, 60 IBU. Imperial vanilla stout aged in four different whiskey brand barrels: Heaven Hill, Bernheim, Four Roses, and Buffalo Trace. 13.4%
