Thanks to New York State farmers we now have fields of hops with the same terroir, subtle characteristics, and flavors of hops grown in Germany. This means you can count on a good authentic, easy drinking, German-style Oktoberfest beer with a dark copper color and loaded with sweet toasted caramel malts. A mild hop profile made up of Cascade, Chinook, and Nugget from Valley View Farm in LaFayette, NY and Mosher Farms in Bouckville, NY delivers a clean finish and a hint of citrus. Prost!
