Made from an agreeable blend of Cortland and McIntosh apples, the Cuvée Versant Sud presents a light yellow robe and an excellent balance between fruitness and acidity. Bite into a fresh apple and this is what this mild cider will remind you of. Enjoy it with daily meals, meat, or fish. Ideal in cidria punch or blended in a fruit cocktail. To be served cold, between 4 and 6 C.
