An amber coloured ale with a bitter sweet aftertaste , ground coriander is added to the brew to give it an extra citrusy spicy finish.
Named after a character from the 1860s.
Ingredients: Optic pale malt, crystal malt, torrefied wheat, Cascade hops, coriander.
