Smaak: Vol en soepel, moutbitter, gebrand en licht fruitig
Aroma: Chocola, koffie en rood fruit
Vrij zwaar voor de stijl qua alcohol, maar zeer zacht in de beleving. Bijna een
sweet (milk) stout, behalve dat we de melk en lactose hebben weggelaten.
De bitterheid bij dit bier komt voornamelijk van de gebrande mouten.
