The Bière de Brie is brewed at our farm with malt made from the barley we grow ourselves.
A double fermentation in the bottle makes it possible for this beer to develop all its aromas, while its refinement slowly develops.
The natural formation of a fine layer of yeast at the bottom of the bottle guarantees the use of this traditional brewing method.
