This beer is a tribute to rye, which has fed the Finnish people for centuries. A dark top fermented beer with ample hops. From the northern rye fields of Pohjanmaa, with a touch of darkness.
Tämä olut on valmistettu kunnianosoitukseksi rukiille, joka on vuosisatojen ajan ruokkinut suomalaisia. Pohjanmaan pelloilta ripauksella synkkyyttä maustettuna.
Tukeva mallaspohja ja avokätisesti käytetty ruis tuovat olueen tumman värin ja luonteikkaan makuprofiilin. Reilu humalointi antaa makuun särmää ja syvyyttä. Rohkea ja moniulotteinen olut!
Ainekset: Vesi, ohramallas, ruismallas, humala, hiiva. Valmistettu käsin, ilman säilöntäaineita.
