Cask and bottle: Unfiltered
Previously known as Dark Delight, and bottle conditioned at 6.0% as Chimera Dark Delight. Name change occurred late 2019.
Ingredients: Avon Valley Water; Malted Barley; Corn; Challenger, East Kent Goldings and Pioneer hops; yeast.
A complex, dark ruby bitter with roasted berry and caramel character sinking deep into fantastic roasted bitter flavours which linger long into the finish.
