When we met the Trillium team in California at the inaugural RateBeer Best Fest, we knew we had to find a way to brew together.
We decided to craft an immensely complex Imperial Stout. Then came a balanced addition of Madagascar Bourbon vanilla beans and subtle hint of green cardamom to accent a liberal dose of cold brewed chocolaty medium roast from our friends at Kersh.
This version comes in a 33 cl bottle while the US version comes in a 75 cl bottle.
