Imperial Oatmeal Stout Aged in Cognac Casks - Aged for 19 months in French Cognac casks.
Back in 2015 when we released ‘lekker bakkie kobi’, we brewed two more batches and kept it far, far away from everyone. This brew was stored in our Willy Wonka Style barrel room. The first to release is this batch of kobi aged in Cognac casks. It was planned to be stuffed with coffee afterwards, but we enjoyed it too much without. Kobi Cognac deconstructed the whole idea of a digestive and developed over time into the best after-dinner-beer ever. EVER.
