Our White Ale was spiced with orange peel and ground coriander, and was fermented with a Belgian yeast strain. Belgian ales are known for their distinctive flavors, which have similarities to the German wheat beer styles. Unfiltered, 15 IBUs Czech Saaz, 4-5% Alc.
