Get into the boat! As he is originally a masshole, Stephen was dreaming of fishing on Lake Chaubunagungamaug while brewing this New England IPA. This style is characterised by an abundance of fruity hops, the specific Conan yeast and a dry hop during fermentation that enhances the fruitiness of the aromas, while providing a rich mouthfeel and an experience very different from your average IPA. Wicked Fawkin’ Pissa!
Ingredients: Malt (Pale, Carapils, Dark Wheat), Hops (Warrior, Cascade Simcoe, Centennial, Citra), Demerara sugar, Yeast (Conan)
