Les Perles Du Homard (8%, Saison Forte)
We love Saisons, especially when they are done well. Such a classic style. It should be dry, spicy, flowery and fruity but nicely balanced. This was quite a challenge for our brewers, but we chose a classic recipe with two strains (which we propagated in house of course), known among brewers as the Dupont & Thiriez strain. Moreover we gave it quite a bit of time, to let it ferment out. It is dry, it is is spicy, it is flowery and fruity. Dangerously drinkable for 8%. We actually kinda like it!
