We have aged our regular "Ølfabrikken Stout" on roasted American oak, which provides this beer with added complexity from the wood and smoothness from the extended aging. The oak chips are left within each cask so that the stout changes and matures over time. Ølfabrikken Oaked Stout is, of course, unpasteurized, unfiltered and cask conditioned like all of our beers.
