It's been a couple of weeks since the passing of one of Canada's greatest national treasures, Gord Downie, but his music and spirit still lives on. As brewers, we debated whether it would be appropriate to use our platform to celebrate the impact he's had on our lives, but as music fans we realized it was necessary -- fully and completely. Over the years, the music of The Hip has been the soundtrack to countless kitchen parties, basement jam sessions and acoustic sing-alongs around the camp fire. BEEN A PLEASURE is our humble attempt to say "thanks." This hazy Extra Pale Ale is glowing with juicy hop character. Huge notes of peach, passion fruit and cantaloupe, with a subtle and soft strawberry sweetness in the finish.
