A gin botanical inspired gose. Brewed with pils, ale and rye malts, no boil soured with Yakult. Hopped with Australian & New Zealand hops, then added salt and gin botanicals - juniper berries, coriander and cumin seeds, citrus peel and cassia bark. Perfect as a boiler maker with your favourite Australian or Scottish gin.
