We added one IBU per minute while making this beer, finishing out with 61 hop additions! The result is wonderful gradient of bitterness to hop aroma. Paying homage to our local peak, we used only Summit hops, allowing drinkers to truly appreciate the characteristics of this earthy, spicy IPA. Cheers!
