Description:
Wheat wines are a relatively new American beer style similar in strength & bitterness to barley wines yet lacking the deep color and hop flavor/aroma. Brewed w/over 50% wheat malt & over 100 IBU's to help balance the high alcohol & malt sweetness, it was fermented with Belgian yeast, two different types of Belgian candy sugar, raisins, & Grains of Paradise).
