Brewed with six different malts and five differnet hops. Complex flavours and aromas. Suits the Swedish julbord or as a social drink at the pub.
Changes 2009: Slightly less amber malt. New hops: Galena (50%), Pilgrim (25%) and Perle (25%) for bittering. Cascade and Bramling Cross for aroma.
Changes 2011: Higher BU: 35 30 minute hop: Willamette Late Hops: Willamette & Cacade. Black Malt added instead of amber malt. Over all more hops are used both for bittering and aroma.
