Brewed for the 2008 Peterborough Beer Festival.
Karnival is the latest beer in the Thornbridge Brewer’s Challenge, brewed by their newest brewer, Matt Clarke. It is a 4.7% amber ale reminiscent of the American pale ale style. Best quality American hops - Cascade and Centennial – provide floral aromas and those of spiced lime peel. The malt and hops combine to give a mouth-watering feel as citrus fruit flavours lead to a pleasing bitter finish.
