Danish: Det sorte lyspunkt i den mørke tid.
Natmand er en sort relativt tør overgæret
all-grain stout, hvor det ikke er
rundhed, men den rene umaskerede
mørke maltsmag der dyrkes. Smagen
er udpræget domineret af de sorte
malte som anvendes, og giver indtryk
af chokolade og især kaffe. Havren
anvendes for at give mundfylde og
skummet er tæt, cremet nøddebrunt.
