Join us at Birch & Barley on Wednesday, December 6th as we offer a one-of-a-kind beer and food pairing experience. On this night, we will offer Executive Chef Bill Williamson’s 5-course tasting menu paired exclusively with the beers of Prairie Artisan Ales.
The evening’s list includes some truly exceptional Prairie beers, including Pe-Kan, Hulk Hands and a brand new collaboration between Prairie and Bluejacket.
Not to be outdone, our upstairs bar, ChurchKey, will feature 42 different bottles & drafts from Prairie.
