The part about brick enclosed fermenters sounds familiar. I would be surprised if it was not in the NKBC space. |
Cool. I was just talking about the unused NKBC facilities a few days ago. Hopefully they can manage to make beer that does not suck. Anyway, he gives his email address in the post. Who wants to be that guy who sends the curious beer geek email? |
The plot thickens: |
Originally posted by Suttree I found that an Adam Palmer was a brewer at Pike when searching around, but it doesn’t make much sense that a brewer starting a brewery would look for a Head Brewer...does it? |
The Italian bottling system is the clincher. God that thing is horrible! It breaks bottles, it jams, it hides infectious stuff in it’s crevices. I’ve spent many a day in there on bottling day. I’m glad they changed the name though, "New Knoxville" was doomed. |
Wow, we didn’t realize that one little classified would kick off this sort of interest! We hope this means that we were right in thinking there’s a huge pent-up desire for a Knoxville packaging brewery. We’ll have our website with more information up shortly. Until then, you are welcome to contact either Adam or me (johnathan.borsodi@marblecitybeer.com)with any questions, beer-geek or otherwise. |
