Small, very old school brown bar specialisiing in Belgian beers. Has started to stock a few more local beers recently, even on tap. Worth a stop but not exactly at the peak of Amsterdam's beer scene these days.
A small bar, that’s for sure. A steep staircase leads to the toilets upstairs. Belgian beers on tap but you can also find some local Dutch craft beer bottles in the fridge. Nice service. Outdoor seating is limited to a bench outside in the narrow pedestrian street. (Visited November 17th 2016 with colleagues/Bjarte1)
Small bar with some seating. 8 beers on tap with a small bottle list. It was pretty busy every time we walked past, it was next to our hotel. Only stopped 1 time during our visit it Amsterdam. Not sure this would be a regular place that I would frequent.
Nice brown bar in the tourist trap area. It’s a cool place to go when the better options around the corner are closed (it opens early). The selection is limited, but the average quality is high. Mostly classic and widely available beers though.

Small cosy bar in the center of Amsterdam. Good selection of different Belgian beers. Expect no crazy limited Barrel Aged rarities and rare Lembeekse sours, but some very nice and good Belgian beers! Also has some de Molen. Very friendly owner, in for a chat and likes to know more about beer. His bar makes you feel at ease in a somewhat hectic Amsterdam.
