84 This is a local brewpub on the beach. This is an active area with restaurants on both sides of the road. The brewpub has Gordon Biersch beers. The service was excellent and the food was also very good. There are various levels inside which adds to the festive nature of this brewpub. The IPA was above average and the pils average. |
86 Quite pricy as most brewpubs in Florida but nice works and good to spend a time after the beach. A little poshy the place but they do not mind how you look. |
60 This is a chain place with a real corporate feel. The Dixie/NOLA theme seems forced and the beer seems an afterthought. The food was nice and once I found a spot in the bar the service was okay. I can’t imagine how hard it would be to get a table here in tourist season. It would be okay for a family or non beer people while on vacation, but in no way a beer destination. |
64 Went on a lazy day and stopped in for a few beers and an appetizer. It’s a well-lit, chain-like restaurant with a beach atmosphere. The back bar is by some big windows with a nice view, which is cool. Otherwise, it’s mostly forgettable. My bartender was prompt and friendly, but really couldn’t speak much to the beers. Their selection is basically their stuff and BMC - maybe a couple locals. We ordered some sort of Cajun dip and it was served about room temp and somewhat gloppy, but it tasted okay... The food is way overpriced, but that comes with the area. Overall - stop in if you’re up in the Atlantic beach area and want some ticks. Otherwise, don’t make a trip out of it. |
74 Just OK. |
76 Very nice setup, very corporate yet homey. Three different bar areas. Food looked good but did not eat. |
76 Cool hang out in an area close to other good bars so its a great place to spend an evening. Very good food. Average brewpub beer quality. |
86 Good food and must do when in Atlantic Beach. |
80 Typical chain brewpub in the Gordon Biersch vein. Standard lineup but had a couple different seasonals available. I had particularly good service and chat with the bartender on this day but didn’t eat. Very close to the beach, nice spot if you’re in the square on Atlantic Beach. |
72 Nifty little joint right near the beach with brick and wood décor and a bit warn in. I think if it was a good beach day it would be tough getting here and finding a place to park. The help was friendly. The sample platter of house brews was $3.75 (now that’s a nice feature). Most of their brews are pretty thin and nearly forgettable. Wow, this place would be amazing if they had some solid unique well crafted offerings to go along with their very tasty food selection. |
