74 Big liquor store with some focus on beers. Almost all of the beers in cold. Decent selection of singles. I found quite a lot new CO beers. |
88 Pretty decent huge liquor store. Almost all of the beer is in coolers which is a big plus. There’s a decent singles cooler too. Emphasis is on American stuff with some good imports in a cooler or two. Prices are in line with most everyonr else and a few bargains were to be had ($6.99 Alaskan sixers, etc) I didn’t see any crazy rarities but there is an abundance of very good stuff to be had. |
86 A--- Great atmosphere. Huge isles for craft and for macro. Good feel to the place and products are easy to find. Well layed out.
Q-- Never have had an issue with any beers there. Even the stuff I have shipped to me back in Sydney. More cool room space than you can shake a stick at.
S-- Friendly knowledgable staff. Have been in several times when home and always easy to get help. Somebody teach Dan Murphy’s this.
S-- Impressive selection. RR sours, all sorts of CO products, seasonals, great make a 6 pack selection, glasswear, I could go on and on. Good selection of European stuff and even in the fridge as well. Bought more from this store than any other while home.
V-- Good pricing, well by my standards. Best shop in Aurora by far. Found stuff I would not expect to see. Somebody take the big box stores in Australia to shops like these and learn how it is done correctly.

62 It seems like Colorado has a blueprint for liquor stores, and 95% of them use the same one or two. This place has a bit of a mouse cage to get in and out, but once in, presents a large, open and well-stocked store. The beer selection is mostly CO micros with some singles. The malt liquor section is large, if you need your Schlitz Tall Boy. |
64 Pretty decent mixer sixer selection, though I got the impression that some of the bottles had been there for quite a while. Decent selection but I really didn’t see anything too exciting in my two trips here. Shitters: n/a |
76 (Visited 07/2011): This store is on E Iliff and Chambers Rd on the southeast side of town, not too far off I-225. There is a pretty good sized lot in front of the store.
The beer selection is on the right side of the store, the majority of if in coolers along the wall. There are around 200-300 varieties of beer available. Domestic craft breweries include Durango, Port Brewing, Boulevard, Odell, Lost Abbey, Oskar Blues, Alaskan, Russian River, Laughing Dog, Uinta and many others. As for imports there is an array from Germany, Belgium, the UK etc.
Service is decent for the type of store. I was asked if I needed assistance and checkout was friendly.
Overall this is a solid stop for some good and in some cases uncommon beers. |
80 stopped in here to pick up some Great Divide BA Yeti - which they had many bottles of... typical liquor / wine / beer store that has a solid cooler section and 1 row of warm space. stuff can hang around a bit longer here than Lukas, Davidsons, etc... |
80 This place was a real hidden gem. I stopped in here on a complete whim. I just happened to be driving by and just decided to stop. I didnt even know it existed and thought hey lets stop in. They had a really nice cooler selection as well as a nice shelve selection. Only place I saw that actaully had dry dock in stock. I would have liked to pick those up. But they had a really nice selection of a lot of beers. As well as some fourloko. haha. But worth the stop. I wouldnt recommend a special trip if your far from this place. But if your only in the aurora area I bet this is the best beer store in aurora. Also a bonus its right near dry dock. Would have like to stop in the DD but didnt have the time. If I am back I am gonna stop both here and dry dock. |
74 Nice store, pretty big, not a huge warehouse but decent size. Usually have a decent selection of six-packs and bombers. When I find Pliney the Elder this is usually where I get it. Prices are decent and service is pretty friendly and always helpful. |
