Great little gastropub in a strip mall. As soon as you go inside and see the tap list and menu, you know you’re in for a treat. The owner and staff are super friendly and very knowledgeable, more than worth going in if you’re passing!!

8 well curated taps and a very nice bottle list. Can get pricey. Not very vegetarian friendly, but was able to find a rather good salad. Service was excellent. Recommended.

This is one freakin great craftbeer bar & gastropub! The food is to die for and the staff are amazing...they provide great service and great fun. Visited on a lazy Sunday afternoon...only a handful of patrons there...and a great bartender...and Ferris Bueller’s Day Off on the TV! Yes...do the duck fat burger and the mac & cheese as others have said...and try some of the house made sausages...but really try and share a number of things from the menu. Oh...almost forgot...the beer...lol! Excellent local beer list mixed with unusual or hard to find beers from greater distances...domestic and imported. During my visit they had 7 great drafts and a mead/cider mix (and a lot of bottles). The drafts included an amazing J Wakefield IPA called Hop for Teacher...along with offerings from Cigar City, Jolly Pumpkin, Great Divide, Grimm, & Dieu Du Ciel. There was also a gose from Les Trois Mousquetaires. This place is a must visit...go out of your way for it.

Cool little spot, located in a shopping plaza. The people who work there are very friendly and interact with the patrons, which is nice. Plenty of bottles available to compliment the draft menu ( only 8 or so) The food was excellent

You like amazing food and amazing beer? Go to this place, hands down the best food and beer in Boca. With local Florida beers regularly on tap from breweries like Cigar City, Funky Buddha, Due South to imported goodness from To Ol and Dieu De Ciel (spelled wrong I’m sure) you just can’t go wrong with the tap list. And get a Duck Fat burger with a side of mac and cheese, you will never look at a burger the same again. Not to mention special events like the tapping of Bourbon County Brand Coffee Stout, bottle of Vanilla Rye, the amazing Cantillon day. Also went to a Pig Roast here twice, man it was good! Very friendly atmosphere with knowledgeable staff who show a passion for great food and beer. Check this place out!

Visited for dinner on a Wednesday evening. Easy enough to find in an odd strip mall location. Certainly not where you would expect to find this sort of spot. Once you enter the interior is very comfortable with bar seating, and tables around the room. The draft selection was 8 very well chosen beers, including several locals. The ~80 bottles were special, many beers that are difficult to find elsewhere; 3 Fonteinen Golden Doesjel, De Ranke XXX, a few Prairie beers, Fantome to name a few. The service was really amazing, it felt pretty much like having dinner at a friend’s house. The food exhibits the same amount of care and preparation as the beer, the Sirloin TriTip sandwich I had was perfect, and the house made Kimchi was some of the best I have had. The Oaxacon brownie finished the meal perfectly. Well thought out restaurant; high quality beer selection, perfectly prepared food and passionate staff - exactly the combination I love.

88 = ★★★★ (best in area, a must for locals and visitors)

I only use the total score, not the component parts.

My uncle took me here on a recent visit. I have to say that I enjoyed my visit. Small neighborhood feel in a strip mall. I was happy to find a couple of berliner weißens on tap. They only have 8 taps and unfortunately one of the beers that I wanted had apparently kicked so they only had 7 when I was there. They had about 75 bottles. The food menu is small but interesting. The food was pretty good though I felt a bit expense and my pork sandwich was a small size especially considering the cost. I would certainly visit again.

Great little place in West Boca. Owner is super friendly and knows his beers. Interesting food menu and with 40 different bottles and 8 drafts there are plenty of interesting beers to try.

This place is great - nothing close to this in Boca. Great vibe, owner - super nice and extremely knowledgeable. Wants to basically always mix it up with different taps weekly. I had a Ballast Point Big Eye IPA and a Bruery oaked Sour - both fantastic. The food looked great (a carinivores dream). Only slight negatives are theres only 8 taps (but all good), and the beer is a bit expensive for what I am used to ($7 for a pint of that big eye)

I love the Sybarite Pig. I live in West Boca which is the culinary and craft beer void. The "Pig" offers both. It is a unique gastropub with nearly all homemade meat and sausage platters, homemade baked breads, awesome sides, and great desserts. No one can make a burger like the Wagyu Duck Fat burger with a fried egg. The draft and bottle craft beer selection is rotating and awesome. No where gets more unique beers especially from Europe. Barley Wines, Ipa’s, Pilsners, Stouts and Porters, they do it all. I love it!
