Just a stop for me while I was in the area. I didn’t think this was an outstanding store to get a ton of high end beers but it was a worthy stop for some reasonably priced solid offerings. I’m wondering if they changed out personnel for staff because I didn’t have as bad service as the third guy who rated this place but then again I wasn’t looking for kegs. Clean enough for my tastes and I did see adults with their kids in there. I’d go back if I lived closer.

Great beverage center....has alot of one offs that no one else has laying around....think Evil Twin Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Biscotti Break and the like. Belgians that are hard to find and a growing list of micros.

I’m a regular there, have purchased close to a dozen kegs, cases and cases of beer, and soda/tonic etc...last week I had ordered a quarter keg of Killian"s, was told by store mgr that I was all set, and no problem. Got there Friday night to pick it up, and "surprise" ..."sorry, it’s not available"...I have over 50 guests coming for a St Patrick’s day pub crawl the next day...I do killians every year...not this year. No call, no time to order Harp or Smithwicks either there or elsewhere - asked idiot clerk why..."couldn’t get it"- why no heads up..."didn’t have your number"...aren’t I in your computer system..."we don’t have one"....but, they did offer a Sam Adams Boston lager- (great,,a beer named for an Englishman in my house for St Pats) ...look, I’ve never drank it- how about we open a bottle of it, I’ll take a sip or two, and if I like it, I’ll drop the $85..."no, we cant do that, it’s against the law"..(this is how they handle mistakes on their end) ...and I’m a regular...forced to buy it and "hope I like it"..."the worst customer service oriented company I have ever dealt with"...mistakes on their end from the beginning to end- wouldn’t budge on price- offered nothing in assistance , compensation, or apology - done with them- as are the 5 regulars from my neighborhood. Buy what’s in stock..better yet, buy elsewhere.

Great little beverage center that I always visit when upstate.Has a great selection of regional brews.

My local beverage store. Obviously a great selection of macros (yawn), a whole wall dedicated to micros. Many, many regional brews (NY state), also Unibroue well represented. At least two growler taps going at any given time. Staff during the day is much better, at night there’s a slacker kid that doesn’t know thing one about beer working.
