70 Mostly came here to eat, sit down, and watch a bit of football after being pretty burned out on beer drinking. They have a respectable tap list, but it’s nothing amazing: some macros and otherwise local micros, but mostly the usual suspects. If you’re looking for a place to drink, there’s certainly better ones. Food was enjoyable (got a stromboli, which was really a calzone). Ate pretty good. Solid service, pretty good prices. In terms of decor, it’s a bit of a flashback, but I kind of liked it. Really sort of friendly vibe to the whole place. |

Stopped in with Anders37 after the rest of the group burned out for the day. This looks like a 50’s diner, which I’m guessing is the idea. They have the checkered floor, the high stools, and the ugly white counter. The servers were friendly but were busy that night. We didn’t eat; we were only there for the beer. Speaking of which, they have a small(ish) collection but a decent one at that. Breckenridge, Boulevard, and Wynkoop in addition to Coors and other macros. As mentioned before by the last reviewer, not a bad place but there are better places very close by. Maybe the food is worth visiting for, but I don’t know. |
68 Little place in Lodo, close to some other great stops. The food was ok, but the service was good, no complaints here. Beer selection is average. Mostly regionals on tap with a few Belgian exceptions, like the Duchesse, which I give them extra points for since that is probably my wife’s favorite beer. Other than that, not much else to say, the atmosphere is meh and the beer is OK, not a bad place, but there are ten other places I would choose in Lodo over this place. |
92 A Denver institution, back open after a remodel. Serving great beer and the city’s best pizza until late! Late night Happy Hour every night! |
