64 A large chain liquor, beer, and wine store anchoring the corner of a shopping center, this place has a few aisles of beer, mostly local craft selections. I saw about a dozen Russian beers with a few not from Baltika, and there is a small selection of other European beers too. There is a small meat and cheese case around the beer area. |

I stopped in on my way out of town after Stone’s Oakquinox festival. I mostly wanted to go to the Burger King across the street and figured that this would be an easy place tick. It’s kind of a mediocre Bevmo by Bevmo standards. Being in San Diego (county) they do have a bit more emphasis on the local brewers but I didn’t see a whole lot that I’d want to pay for. There was a prominent display of Stone bottles on the end cap, one aisle of imports (the good Belgian stuff and all the same tired English stuff), and one aisle of California-made stuff. I’d go on but there isn’t much to say besides: if you’re here looking for Stone bottles go to Stone a mile up the street and for anything else go to Holiday Wine Cellar. |
60 Lots of Stone, locals and Imports, but as a Cally store I was a disappointed. Prices are good though. |
80 Fairly typical BevMo. They do seem to have a slightly larger beer selection than the other BevMos in the area. |
