Pretty small place considering how popular it is. A nice view of the river of course. The food was very good and fair priced, maybe a bit expensive. The beer was all nice, a few pub specials. The service was solid and we didn’t wait much. Great brew pub. No wifi which is nuts these days.
Full Sail is a beautiful brewery and taproom/restaurant. The atmosphere and décor are very nice...with multiple rooms and very nice lighting in the evening. They have what looks like a good menu but we chose to eat elsewhere each time we visited Hood River (lots of great choices in town). Regarding the beer...nice selection...and I’ve always like the packaging and labeling..."but" I’m not a big fan of the beers themselves. Full Sail is available back east so I have been able to sample their beers for some time now. None really seem bad...but few seem to standout either. Their beers seem to fit into a category of kind of middle-of the road...safe and non-distringuished..as if to appeal to as large an audience as possible...but I think they are mostly good crossover beers from the macros and not ones that craftbeer lovers will stay with for very long (just my opinion). Every indication to me suggests they can make more notable beers...so this must just be a business decision on their part.
No WiFi. Many taps available, 14. Busy place overlooking the river. The beers are good. Friendly helpful service, showing some flexibility, accommodating.

Full Sail Tasting Room and Pub. Through the front door, down a hall, through another door, another hall, and you’re there. Seating for perhaps 80 at tables, 10-12 at the bar, and maybe 30 on the outdoor patio. Copper table tops. Two large sports TVs to one side of the bar. Overlooks the Columbia River. 12 beers on tap, all of them Full Sail. Samplers of six 5-oz glasses (and a cute little souvenir glass to take away) for $10; pints for $4.50; half pints for $3.25. Service was pretty good, even though it was quite crowded on a hot Sunday afternoon. The beers are all good, crisp, and clean -- but none are really exceptional. Food is largely decent pub grub, in the $10-12 range. Good place to try some of their Brewmaster Reserve beers and limited pub series brews. Also, very good prices on take-out six-pack of their session brews.
Unexpected visit after a long hike near Multnomah Falls - forgot this brewery was out here. Hood River seemed like a real cool town, and the couple Full Sail offerings I had in the past have been good, so pulled in for a stop. View from the brewpub is awesome overlooking the Columbia River - top notch ambiance! Service was above average, and the appetizers we shared were quite tasty. Good selection of beer, and I must say, Full Sail does a great job at lower ABV beers - left very impressed with the beer as well as with the prices...$10 for 30 oz of sampler with a complimentary glass is good in my book. Absolute gem and would happily drive down 84 to visit again in the future
