Got there just as they were closing and the cidermasters were kind enough to serve me a pint of scrumpy - delicious ! Fair price. Cozy place. Was there for the ciders, didn’t notice the brews. Very friendly and helpful folk. Wish I could return. The locals don’t know how lucky they are.

Visited August 6, 2013.
Tried going here on the 5th, but they were temporaily closed that day, luckily open on my second day only in Launceston. Closed on the 5th due to a visit to Hobart, planning to open one more place there.
4 taps sporting 3 ciders and one perry, all made by themselves. Some various Tasmanian ciders and craft beers on bottles. One Tas mead available in bottle to buy by the glass. Also some wine and spirits, all Tas local I think.
Cozy place that opens at 5pm I think it was. Some seating by the bar, also some sofas.
One of the brewers/owners of the cidery working the bar this evening. Very nice and friendly, very very knowledgeable about ciders. Gave me some good info on where to go in Hobart for craft beer and cider.
If you’re into cider and/or want to go to a place with all Tasmanian drinks, make sure to hit this place, you won’t regret it I’d say!

Cosy little bar with a 100% focus on Tassie wine, beer, whiskey and cider……..talk about a niche! Great idea that is well executed with friendly warm service. $8 for 425ml
