60 Been there for beer in the food hall a couple times, the selection was rather slender the second time. Still a few ticks each time. |
64 Harry Selfridges bar. I tried a hefeweizen I had not tried before. Nice place in the basement with pretty good service. They have half pints. There is an area with a few bottles outside the bar area before the escalator. |
78 Big classy department store in London. Their food hall in the basement is actually quite good and has a lot of specialties, including a decent wine and beer selection. |
72 A fridge of beer in the Selfridges food hall and also have some more different beers in the basement level in among all the wines. Not the largest selection ever, but they have a nice variety of London brewers and a decent international selection. |

66 Premium department store located on the West end of Oxford Street. The modest beer selection is largely located in a fridge near the deli counters in the food court. Solid selection of UK and international beers. I have occasionally bought Kernel from here, but this is not a permanent fixture. Others included Oakham, Traquair and Rochfort. When your lady friend is shopping in store escape to the food court when her back is turned. Worth a visit. |
64 Huge shopping center just on Oxford Street. Apr. 50 bottle and of high quality. I bought Oakham and Dogfish Head among others. Combined with Marks and Spencer on the other corner this is great for beerhunters combined with girlfriend shopping. |
70 Stopped in here this morning when I had some time to kill while at a conference in the area. Yeah, the selection of beers here is surprisingly good and eclectic. They had Orval, Dogfish Head Palo Santo, some Oakham and a handful of other beers you would only find in a few other off-license shops in London. The prices on these beers aren’t bad at all, either. If you’re on Oxford St., this is probably your top choice for bottled beer. |
56 This is basicly the Oxford St rival to Harrods, but it’s much more modern. Good place if you are in Central London and need some rare international beers or some of the best UK beers. Please note that the beer selection has moved from the wine shop to the food hall opposite the sushi counter. Has a nice eclectic range of some of the best widely available beers in the world including Dark Star, Rochefort, Traquair, Mort Subite, Brewdog, Flying Dog, Dogfish Head etc. |
