Wonderfull located bar with a great sunset-view. Small selection of international beers. Expensive.

A standard sleek hotel bar with dark wood and multiple TVs showing sports. Many standard lagers (Tiger, Heineken, etc), Guinness, Kilkenny, Magners, Strongbow, and some others. The draw of Duke’s is obviously the Duvel but I wasn’t gonna pay the price for it there. They did get more of my OMR than planned since the Magners was 5.5 OMR ($14) a pint (and my wife had two). So, overall it is a place to get a cold brew in Muscat, which can be hard to find but be prepared to pay for it. The view is very nice and the staff was nice, quick, and attentive.

Very mediocre bar with too much staple lagers. Not all taps are fresh. I doubt the Filipinos understand the importance of flushing the pipes. Service is uninterested, with little knowledge. Food is fried and English. Better than nothing though I guess...

Cliched hotel bar but does have the best beer selection in Oman. Marston Pedigree on draught is poor but the recent english promotion had bottle of Spitfire, Hobgoblin, Bishops finger and Pride. Also have a few european beers including Leffe and Hoegarden, The Duval is killer at over $15 a bottle

12 place bar, severly air conditioned. Possibly best draught selection in the country, at around $6-8 a pint. Large screen projection TV with sports and English language CD tunes. long 2nd floor outdoor terrace with view of pool and beach. Tasty bar food (a bit on the fried side) and snacks. non-smoking inside. Very comfortable setting. Bar patio under reconstruction in September but addition of Paulaner Municher Hell as a clean all-malt beer is much appreciated. Sad that MArston’s Pedigree is consistently "off".
