Located in a large warehouse next door to the newer Rooney’s (the owner of Orcutt is a part owner at Rooney’s I believe, or at least involved in the business somehow) but is more of a lounge. Lots of couches, some pool tables, a long bar, and a few tables. Usually decently busy but not crazy. I do enjoy the tri tip sandwich and the homemade chips. Never eaten anything else there. In my trips I’ve only ever encountered three different house beers. The OBA (or what ever it was called) was infected but I guess not terrible. They decided they liked that flavor and went with it. The others were not overly impressive either. Since it sounds like Rooney’s now has 5 or so house taps I’ll have to stop in again to see what’s new. No samples or flights. |
