No Longer In Business

Memorable afternoon spent with the owner/brewer of this gem outside the old coal town. The only thing not memorable is his name, sorry about that, though it was two years ago when I popped in at that time he was eager to sell up, ching ching my mind went!!! Small operation, nice timber lined bar room, the bar itself a corner set, something small I’d love in my own home. The brewhouse antiquated but organised and systematic, in fact something we should all glimpse to make homebrewing easier. Beers were bottled, a deal with an English bottle maker, in pints, nice. Very much worth the trip out to Collie.
