Not as good as it’s little sister in KAllio, but well worth a visit.

Coninuosly changing beerlist, even though there is a standard selection. Juha Frank Jurvanen (the owner) does travel quite much, and always brings some stuff back to sell. Has a lot of themeweeks also. Frank himself is really talkative and makes you feel like home atleast in this one of the Poirotti’s. I’ve had some smaller pubgrub here only, but it was quite tasty and did what grub is supposed to do. One negative thing is that it may also be closed for public occasionally when someone has reserved the place for private parties. This information you usually find when you are standing outside the place...

Small and cozy place tucked in the south-west corner of the peninsula. Take the #1 tram to right outside the door. Interesting and continually changing selection of beers, including themed festivals. Has real character and individuality - for example, in October, when everyone else was doing an Oktoberfest, this did a Skotoberfest of Scottish beers. Unfortunately I always find my wallet lightens a lot when I come here, but I always walk away with a smile on my face and a spring in my step. Even if you’re not hungry, grab a plate of delicious goats-cheese-stuffed olives.
