Brasserie Artisanale du Foudre (Lutry)

This was the location of the brewpub before a fire took the building, in 2007. In more recent years a new brewery has been installed by the same owner in Paudex.

For many years I visited the place; the beers were quite simple but pleasant. The restaurant was also typical Swiss, decent, the food a bit greasy. Upstairs there was a Japanese restaurant in which I had my first sushi experience (and you could order beers from the brewpub).
