This was a very nice, small shop near the center of the city. I got good service in english. However, the place was closed in the summer.

Medium sized beer shop, with a good location. Quite good selection of beers from all around the world, mostly Polish, American, English, German or Czech. I’d say it has the best ambiance from all of the beer shops in the city. The staff is nice, but sometimes not that professional (i.e. didn’t know what Schlenkerla beer is)

Small bottle shop, most Polich craft beers available, a big Belgium section, USA, England etc. Prices are a bit above those I am accustomed to in the south.

Very good location, nice service and classic spec-beer shop selection (mostly Polish, Czech, German, Belgian and British beers).

The store has been active for two years now, much to the enjoyment of locals and tourists alike. It offers a wide selection of beers (more than 500 bottles, including two own brews). Most of these are Polish, English, Belgian, American, Russian, Czech and German, with only a few brews from other countries. So, if the Ministry of Brewing (which is the name of the store in Polish) ever aims to exert a wider influence on the politics of selling beer, it might think of extending its choice to include other world brews. Otherwise it will soon find it hard to compete with the newly opened Ambasada Piwa, just a few hundred meters away. The staff is competent and friendly, and the ambience is much better than at Ambasada Piwa. All bottles are nicely shelved and available at the arm’s reach. A decent place, right in the centre of a busy city.
