Good place that is around the corner from the Man in the Moon. A selection of mostly Swedish beers on draught can also be ordered in smaller samples (not too common in Stockholm) so that helps when struggling to narrow down your choice to just the one glass.

Formerly Mikkeller Bar. Same small area, just with a new layer of paint. Bar with a large roulette wheel in case you can’t decide what to order. 20 taps with a good selection of Swedish and foreign beers. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Feels more relaxed now than before. Worth a visit if you are in the area, which you should be considering the other bars close by.

20 taps, located in Mikkellers former bar, close to Man In The Moon. Good selektion with swedish focus, nice relaxed service. Quite slow on an early Saturday evening.

This is the place that took over the old Mikkeller space in Vasastan. They have a concept which has been sorely lacking in Stockholm for years: Swedish craft beer on tap. How hard can it be? That said, the selection leans towards the long established Swedish breweries like Nils Oscar and Oppigårds with only a few taps from the 300-odd new breweries founded in Sweden in the past 10 years. The new management redecorated a bit, it looks like the raided every second-hand store in Sweden for framed cross-stitch. They have a big wheel you can spin to choose your beer. The ABV and the ½size rpice are only listed on said wheel, not the normal taplists. It’s unclear how much of the decor is temporary for halloween and how much is just weird. The clientele is also weirder than in the mikkeller days, which is fie by me. Nice staff. A bit pricey relative to the not-so-rarity of the product. A good place, I hope it stays in business longer than the last guys!
