For all of you beer loving gringos over the border that are wishing Mexico had better brews and some crafties, this is the place to get some. The owner is always there after 7pm. and if you ask for him he will give you samples, sell you closed bottles from his room temp stockpile and he’ll even drink some with you. The guy travels the country in search of RARE mexican beers some of wich aren’t yet rated here. Hes got the Castas, Potro, Caballero Aguila, Cusoco and others you probably dont know about. He will be traveling soon to Monterrey to get some Sierra Madre and Regia soon, and hes also got some hard to get central and south american ales. His Over the Border and European selection is very limited but you can get that in San Diego. If you want to get a sample of all Mexican beers this is the place that has them all.
