80 NIce place too. quite bohemian, didn0t try the food but smelled great. Some bttles to pick. |
88 What a great find! Tucked away in the "Milk District" in Orlando, this place is incredible. Part of me wants to keep it a secret, but I just can’t. To begin with, their beer selection is very impressive, full of a wide range of styles and breweries. The food is phenomenal, and ridiculously cheap. The ambience is fun and casual, and the decor ecclectic and crazy-cool. This is a MUST if you are in Orlando, and is now among my top places to visit. |
78 Another welcomed 2010 addition to the Orlando beer scene. This place is under the same ownership as The Milk Bar and Social Chameleon, and accordingly, it pretty much has the same beer lineup. There were maybe a dozen taps and 100 or so bottles to choose from when I visited. I opted for an Orval to pair with my BBQ pulled pork served on waffles. The pork was quite good, but the waffles seemed to be of the "out of the box" variety, which was disappointing. Nan bread with hummus and roasted garlic made for a solid appetizer. A friend ordered a monster, and I mean MONSTER meat loaf sandwich, which he said was quite good. Service was friendly and fairly knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be back. Glad to see more places with good food and good beer popping up. |
