Very strange place. Its feels part of an office block.. And as such Totall deserted on Sunday 6pm. Small selection of bath keg ales... Just didn’t seem to gace any atmosphere. Cafe in office block with a bar

We Me & Loz, popped in here briefly on Saturday 23rd April 2016, just prior seeing Explosions in the Sky at The Colston Hall (attached) I understand that this new Beerd venue was essentially a temporary spot that was put in place for the 6 Music Festival back in February that was held throughout venues in the city. However after the venue did so well over that weekend in terms of sales and positive feedback they decided opened the doors permanently as Beerd on the 23 February. As I have already indicated this is at the Colston Hall site and is therefore reasonably central for Bristol. It is a mid sized place with a lot of glass, there is an outside terrace.

The beer range may not be as good as some of its sister pubs but for a concert goer to get the option of anything other than Carling, Fosters and smoothflow swill, seeing something like this is an absolute blessing, btw you can access this without having to go to a gig.

Please note I never had a beer here, and my rating for now is pretty much based on a brief browse around here and a very quick nose, however I love Bristol and will return here again sometime soon, so it will get a better rating sometime soon, but just felt that it definitely needed adding to the database of Bristol places.
