60 Occupies a corner building with a maze of residential streets sandwiched between Hammersmith and Shepherd’s Bush. There are a few businesses dotted about the streets though so as I did it is possible to stumble on this place although you wouldn’t necessarily make a beeline for it. If you do come across it you can find real ales here so it is worth a pint and is a good example of a worthy London boozer in one of the better inner-city areas. It caters for all whims with food available, live sport and a nice beer garden, it also manages to fit a few picnic tables around its right-angled front despite being on top of the roads it forms part of the junction of. Friendly and traditional in style. |
