All World Markets are pretty much the same store, but this World Market is particularly a dreary and shabby store. On the way back to the beer section, past the usual World Market gift/sampler beer packs, I noticed some the merchandise had a thin film of dust on them and others looked pretty ratty. In the food section, I couldn’t help but notice that many of the sauces, dry spices, mixes and soups were all past their expiration dates. Even half of the snack chips were old. The same held for the beer, more than few beers in the singles/mix-a-six section were from 2 months to just over a year past their "best before" dates. The selection was o.k., a few selections from Bells, Dixie, Goose Island, Mendocino, Redhook, Rogue, Speakeasy, Summit, Three Floyds and Two Brothers. They also had the usual imports, plus selections from Biarra Morretti, Kirin and Orval. I can’t emphasize enough that you really need to check for old bottles. Also the lighting in this store could pose a possible quality problem.
