(Visited 04/2006): This MoJoe Lounge is located in the new overpass area of the Short North on High Street. Parking can be found at both metered/free street spots or in a couple pay lots nearby. This small beautification project on a former eyesore overpass is a good locale for this combination coffee house/bar. The inside is spacious, with coffee and pastries on the right and the lounge/bar on the left. TVs and free wireless abound. Nice lighting and high comfortable seating inside, and a patio outside. As far as beers go the selection is average with a couple goodies. They stock a Barley’s beer (Cup ’O Joe, made using their coffee), Bell’s and a couple other micros on draught. In bottles they have CBC, Bell’s, Anchor, GLBC and others. All in all there is something for most everyone. Service here is pretty good. The bar actually seemed to be overstaffed compared to the relatively light crowd on a Friday night. I have not tried the food but the menu looks to be a little more robust than the Easton location. All in all this is not a beer destination in itself but during a Gallery Hop or other Short North visit it is definitely worth stopping in.
