UPDATE
Little Mountain has since moved to a new location along the main drag in Mentor just down the street from Melt. It is easy to miss as it sits behind a Carpet Store behind the road - use the driveway by T-Mobile to access it. Once there parking is plentiful.

The beers have not changed although you can no longer purchase bottles for takeout. On the plus side they now have food and live entertainment on the weekends. With plenty of room to grow this is moving beyond a simple Brew On Premises to a nice local.

If you intend to visit Melt, Brew Mentor, and Save On (all located within a tenth of a mile from each other) make a slight detour and add this stop as well. <br />

ORIGINAL REVIEW
I’m not sure how this place escaped my attention for so long. I guess I just assumed it was a coffee shop. The ambiance is pretty basic as you’d expect for a combination BYO / brewpub. Most of the time you’ll probably wind up being served by the owner.

The beers are nothing to get excited about. However at $3.99 to $5.99 a bomber they are a great value for parties or gifts. If you are heading to Willoughby Brewing from the eastern suburbs this might be worth a stop. I would not go too far out of my way however.

Tiny space tucked away in a strip mall off 306. Inside has space for about 12-15 people to sit and a bit of standing room. All the brewing is done in the bar area and as a result the place smells really nice. Very friendly owner and the beer is decent enough. They have six taps and a few others bottled. Worth a stop if you are near.
