Visited back in 2012, and the place is now closed. P.K. O’Ryan’s is in downtown Worthington on High Street just off 161. Street parking is available in the surrounding area.

The interior is pretty typical for an Americanized Irish pub. The entry opens to a dining area with booths and tables, and through a short walkway there is a separate room in the rear with a bar and more seating. Dark wood bar and floors, and windows offer a view out to the street.

The beer selection here leans toward standard stuff like Guinness and Smithwicks, but they feature a few craft brews as well like Great Lakes and Rogue.

Service on my visit during a busy weekend afternoon was decent. The server was attentive and friendly.

I did not have any food on my visit.

Overall this place suffers from being located across the street from Old Bag of Nails, which in my opinion is superior in food, beer selection and character.

Until recently I would not add this place because the lack of craft beer. They have come around to have a few ciders (Magners and StrongBow). They typically have english and irish beer: Guiness, Smithwicks, Bass, Harp, Boddington’s, Young’s Double Chocolate Stout, and even had old speckled hen on draft the night I went. The food has been good for several years now. The bread pudding is just average, but the shamrock pie is pretty good. I have had the club, the chicken wrap, and the fish and chips which were all very good. They also have half a dozen taps.
